The Transport Management Office (Driving License), operating under the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, and Transport of the Lumbini Province Government, is located in Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City-13, Belbas. 

It provides various services in accordance with the Vehicle and Transport Management Act, 2049; the Vehicle and Transport Management Regulations, 2054; the Lumbini Province Road Vehicle, Transport, and Conveyance Act, 2076; the Transport Management Procedure Guidelines, 2060; and the annual Financial Act of Lumbini Province.

The main services provided by the office include:

Issuing driver's licenses: This includes issuing new licenses, adding vehicle categories, and renewing existing licenses.

Document verification: Verifying and issuing duplicate copies of driver's licenses.

Conducting exams: Holding both written and practical (trial) examinations for vehicle drivers.

Fee collection: Collecting and depositing various fees related to licenses.
